Rana Asif Hussain was born on 14 June 1983 in Karachi, Pakistan. Raised in Karachi, he completed his early schooling there and pursued higher education at Baqai Medical University, where he trained in pharmacy and later completed advanced postgraduate study. Rana Asif trained as a pharmacist, earning a Bachelor of Pharmacy followed by professional pharmacy qualifications at Baqai Medical University.
