Rochak Kohli was born on 3 July 1983 in Chandigarh, India. Raised in a family of lawyers, he initially followed that tradition and completed formal education that includes a Bachelor of Commerce and an L.L.B. He studied at DAV College and Panjab University in Chandigarh.
