Sakshi Pant was born on 24 September 1994 in Roorkee, then part of Uttar Pradesh and now in Uttarakhand. Raised in a Kumauni Brahmin family, she spent her early years in Roorkee alongside her younger brother, cricketer Rishabh Pant.
