Early life and background

Samarpan Lama was born on 3 December 2003 in Pune, Maharashtra, and belongs to a Tamang (Nepali) family. Raised in Pune, he completed his schooling there before moving to Mumbai to pursue dance and further studies. His father, Dimdung Dheeren, has worked abroad for many years and visits the family intermittently; his mother is a homemaker. He has a brother named Sudhir Lama.
