After finishing her studies she worked as a software engineer at Dell EMC in Bangalore before moving into the entertainment industry.

Anand made her film debut in the Kannada industry in 2019 with Chemistry of Kariyappa, in which she played the role of Chitra. The same year she appeared in Male Billu. Over the following years she continued to build a filmography across Kannada and Telugu cinema, with appearances in Salaga (2021), Shokiwala (2022), Window Seat (2022) and the Telugu film Nenu Meeku Baaga Kavalsinavaadini (2022) in which she portrayed Theju.
