Early life and background

On digital platforms Sanya appeared in the 2021 romantic comedy series Dil Bekaraar on Disney+ Hotstar, portraying the character Chandu Thakur. In 2022 she took a role in the MX Player film Disconnect as Dolly Dubey.

Sanya expanded into regional cinema with a Telugu film credit in 2023, playing Saraswathi in Spy.

Beyond films and series, Sanya has been featured in music videos. Her first music video appearance was in the 2020 Meet Bros production My Channa Ve, where she appeared alongside Urvashi Rautela.
