Sharwanand Myneni was born on 6 March 1984 in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. He grew up in Hyderabad, where he attended The Hyderabad Public School, Begumpet, and later completed a Bachelor of Commerce at Wesley Degree College in Secunderabad. From his teenage years he showed an interest in acting and enrolled at the Kishore Namit Kapoor Acting Institute at 17.

Sharwanand made his screen debut in Telugu cinema with Aidho Tareekhu in 2004. Early roles in the mid-2000s, including Vennela (2005) and Amma Cheppindi (2006), helped establish him as a performer and brought critical attention, particularly for his work in Amma Cheppindi.
