Shivani Thakur hails from Jubbal in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. Born to a father who served in the Himachal Pradesh Police and a homemaker mother, she grew up with at least one sibling, a brother named Sahil Thakur. Shivani completed her graduation at Chandigarh University before moving to Amritsar to receive formal acting training at a private institute.

Career

Shivani began working as a freelance model and actor from an early age while also preparing for bank examinations prior to committing to a career in entertainment. She built experience on the ramp and in commercial modelling, and has walked shows for notable designers during her modelling career.
