Early life and background

Shreedha Singh was born on 1 October 1991 in Gurgaon, Haryana. Raised in the same city she calls home, she completed schooling at Army Public School before moving on to higher education in Punjab. She studied commerce at Punjabi University, Patiala, and later earned an MBA in Human Resources from the University Business School at Panjab University in Chandigarh.

Career

Shreedha began working at a young age to help support her family. Her early employment included entry-level work, and as she progressed academically and professionally she moved into human resources roles with several companies. She completed a summer HR internship at DLF Universal Ltd. in 2013 and went on to work at Volvo Asia Vehicles and VE Commercial Vehicles Limited, where she served as a human resource business partner focused on international business and sales marketing.

In 2017 she joined Bombardier Inc. in Gurgaon and remained there for around two years. During this period she also faced a personal health challenge — a diagnosis of Urticaria — which influenced her interest in gentle, skin-friendly products.

Motivated by that experience, Shreedha and her husband launched consumer brands in the Ayurvedic skincare space. She is co-founder of Khadi Essentials and, in June 2021, co-founded The Ayurveda Co. (T.A.C.), an ayurvedic beauty and wellness company. T.A.C. has engaged with mainstream entertainment platforms, serving as an endorsed brand at events such as the Filmfare Awards and MTV Roadies in 2023, and has worked with a high-profile brand ambassador.

Beyond brand building, Shreedha has appeared on national business and entrepreneurship platforms. In 2023 she participated on Sony TV’s Shark Tank India as an entrepreneur and also appeared as an investor on the OTT show Indian Angels on JioCinema. That year she was invited to speak at a TEDx event and featured in a video on Astro Arun Pandit’s YouTube channel.
