Early life and background

Ssara Palekar was born on 5 January 2017 in Mumbai and grew up in the same city. As of 2024 she is seven years old. She is the daughter of Satish Palekar and Varsha Palekar. Her family life and upbringing in Mumbai have accompanied her early introduction to performance and media.

Career

Ssara began working as a child model and has been involved in photoshoots and fashion shows from a young age. She appeared on the cover of Café Social magazine in 2021 and was included in the 2021 edition of Stage Bright Events’ calendar. Her early visibility in modelling and events led to opportunities in music videos, regional films and television.

In 2021 Ssara featured in the Hindi music video “Sukha Dukkha Sari” by Poonam Shende. She continued to appear in music projects, including the 2023 song “Mehendi Lagi Hai” by Stebin Ben and Pranutan Bahl.
