Career

Super Manikk began releasing music publicly in 2019. His debut recording was the duet "Game Change," a collaboration with rapper T Kay. Over the next few years he put out a string of singles that charted his early development as an artist, including "Filhaal" (2020), "Laanat Hai" (2020), "One Woman Army" (2020), "4 Guna" (2021), "In My Zone" (2021), "Cheetah" (2021), "22222 Freestyle" (2022), and "Badman" (2023). In 2023 he released the video song "Kasoor." These releases appeared on his own YouTube channel and other platforms.

Competition and live performance have played a significant role in his rise. In 2020 he was a participant in the Red Bull Spotlight Rap Championship and was announced as the Northside Winner of that competition. Live-stage opportunities followed, including sharing a bill with the rap duo Seedhe Maut at a 2021 show in Chandigarh’s Upstairs Club.

Television exposure came through hip-hop reality programming. In 2022 he took part in Hustle 2.0 on MTV India and reached the semi-finals. He later contributed to mainstream youth television when he and Wicked Sunny performed the title track "Karm Ya Kaand" for season 19 of MTV India’s Roadies in 2023.
