Early life and background

Talha Siddiqui was born on 24 November 1994 in Mumbai. Raised in the city he still calls home, he completed his schooling at G.B.S.S. School, Noor Nagar, New Delhi, and later earned a Bachelor of Mass Media (Advertising) from Rizvi College of Arts, Science and Commerce in Mumbai.

From an early age Siddiqui enjoyed writing; he has spoken about a longstanding interest in storytelling and science fiction that shaped his creative ambitions.

Career

Siddiqui’s professional work spans acting, writing and music. He began performing in 2015 with a Mumbai-based company called Live On Fame and made his acting debut the following year in the web series Jizzy-Veerji, which premiered on the OTT platform TVF Play. In 2016 he also appeared in an episode of Bachelors on TVF Play.

Parallel to his acting, he worked as a content writer for Comedy One in Mumbai before moving into scripted writing for web and television series.
