Tarjanee Bhadla was born on 9 October 1998 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Raised in the city where she also completed her schooling at Anand Niketan, she went on to graduate in architecture from CEPT University, Ahmedabad in 2020. Her parents, Shailesh C Bhadla and Megha Shah, are both doctors. She has a brother named Shashwat Bhadla.

From a young age Tarjanee explored a range of activities — dancing, basketball, acting and skating — before gravitating toward performance. She began performing as a child artist in plays, television serials and advertisements, and later trained at Navsarjan Academy in Ahmedabad, which helped shape her interest in acting.

Career

Tarjanee’s screen debut in Gujarati cinema came with the 2017 film Shubh Aarambh. The same year she appeared on television in the Indian series Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai, taking on the role of Tanvi. Her early work included roles on Gujarati television shows such as Moti Baa and Chhuta Chheda.

A pivotal moment for her career arrived in 2019 when she played Gauri in the Gujarati feature Hellaro. The film and her performance were recognised at the state level; she received a State Award presented by the Government of Gujarat for her work in Hellaro. She also had roles in several Gujarati films that year, including Raktbeej, Raado and Fakt Mahilao Mate. In August 2023 she appeared in the film 3 Ekka in the role of Kavita.
