Early life and background

Vaidehi Nair was born on 17 August 2006 in Bhuj, Gujarat. The daughter of Sreejit Rajan Nair, an Indian Army officer, and Dr. Manpreet Nair, she grew up in a military family and moved around during her childhood. She attended Army Public School in Bathinda through sixth grade and later studied at Vibgyor Roots and Rise School in Malad, Mumbai. In 2023 she enrolled at Mithibai College of Arts, Science, Commerce and Economics in Mumbai.

Career

Vaidehi began working in the entertainment industry at a young age after relocating to Mumbai in 2017. Her first on‑screen appearance came that year in the documentary series Talwars: Behind Closed Doors, which aired on Star World and HBO Asia. She went on to take small parts and episodic lead roles across television anthologies and serials while also building a profile as a model.

Her early television credits include appearances in Laal Ishq and episodes of Fear Files: Darr Ki Sacchi Tasvirein in 2018, along with roles in RadhaKrishn and Tantra.
