Vaidehi Parashurami was born on 1 February 1992 in Mumbai and grew up in a Marathi family. She attended schools run by the Indian Education Society in Mumbai before pursuing higher education at Ramniranjan Anandilal Podar College of Commerce and Economics and Ramnarain Ruia College. She completed a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and later earned an LLB from New Law College.

From an early age Vaidehi was drawn to performance. She began appearing in plays when she was six and trained in Kathak, participating in and winning multiple dance competitions. Her training and stage experience formed a foundation for a career that blends performing arts and law.
