Raised in a family with industrial roots, he spent his formative years in the region that includes Bilaspur and Raipur. Jain completed undergraduate studies in economics and went on to earn an MBA, attending institutions that include Savitribai Phule Pune University and Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.
