Vidushi Swaroop was born on 24 November 1997 in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Raised in that city, she attended CHS Varanasi for school and later enrolled at Manipal University Jaipur, where she completed a B. Tech. degree. Her mother is Vinita Shrivastava; Vidushi has two sisters, one of whom is named Kavya Kanti.
