Vineeth Sreenivasan was born on 1 October 1985 in Kuthuparamba, Kerala. He grew up in his hometown and completed his schooling at Rani Jai Higher Secondary School before earning a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from K C G College of Technology. Vineeth comes from a family involved in the Malayalam film industry; his father is Sreenivasan and his younger brother is Dhyan Sreenivasan.

Career

Vineeth built a multi‑faceted career in Malayalam cinema, working as a playback singer, actor, director, producer, screenwriter and music composer. His film debut came with Cycle, while his first playback song was Kasavinte Thattamittu. Beyond film work, he has been part of a musical band called Malayalee alongside Jakes Bejoy, Shaan Rahman and Arjun Sasi.
