Early life and background

Yogesh Rokde was born on 28 July 1988 in Khapa, Nagpur, Maharashtra. He grew up in a middle-class household; his parents, Pushpa and Suresh Rokde, worked as teachers. Yogesh is the youngest of three children and has an elder sister, Priyanka, and an elder brother, Jagdish Rokde.

He attended Rajendra High School in Khapa, a Marathi-medium school, and went on to study at Bhalerao Science College in Saoner. After finishing 12th grade in the science stream, he pursued training in animation and graphic design at the College of Animation Bio Engineering and Research Center in Amravati from 2007 to 2009. That period helped him build technical skills in animation, 3D work and video editing that later informed his online career.

Yogesh began sharing his creative work online in 2008 when he launched his first YouTube channel under the name Yash Rokde to showcase animation and design projects. While studying he supported himself by teaching graphic design at a computer institute.
