Yesterday purported screen protectors leaked for the entire Galaxy S26 family, and today the same source is back with a couple of comparison shots between the Galaxy S26 Ultra’s screen protector and the Galaxy S25 Ultra’s, as well as the iPhone 17 Pro Max’s.
If you’re wondering what the point of these shots is, let’s remember that the most intriguing thing about yesterday’s leak is that all three members of the Galaxy S26 family seem to now have the exact same screen curvature radius.
That hasn’t happened before – so far, the Ultra model’s always had less curved corners, but that will finally change. It’s very obvious that the S26 Ultra will be more rounded than its predecessor.
On the other hand, the iPhone 17 Pro Max still has the rounder corners, even compared to Samsung’s Galaxy S26 Ultra. It also seems to have marginally thinner bezels, though the Samsung’s are also symmetrical on all sides.
The Galaxy S26 series is now rumored to become official in late February, and the S26 Edge, if it exists at all, will most likely launch later, just like the S25 Edge did this year.
