Oura has finally launched its long-awaited portable charging case for the Oura Ring 4, giving members a practical way to keep their health tracker powered wherever life takes them.
Available now for £99/$99, the case is compatible with both the Oura Ring 4 and Oura Ring 4 Ceramic, with each case tailored to specific ring sizes.
A more convenient way to stay charged
One of the biggest frustrations with smart rings is keeping them powered on the go. Oura’s new case directly addresses this by holding up to five full charges, meaning users could go weeks without plugging into a wall. The case itself recharges via USB‑C in under 90 minutes, while the ring charges in 20 to 80 minutes, depending on battery level.
Made from recycled aluminium, the case is durable, splash‑resistant, and compact enough to slip into a pocket or bag. It doubles as a storage solution when the ring isn’t worn, adding peace of mind for frequent travellers.
Easy battery monitoring
The case features an LED indicator that shows either the ring’s charge status or, when the ring isn’t inside, the case’s own battery level.
For more precise tracking, users can check the exact percentage through the Oura App, which also supports multi‑ring management for those who own more than one device.

This feels like a natural step for Oura, since rivals have offered portable charging solutions for quite some time.
The Oura Ring 4 Charging Case is available through the official Oura website for £99/$99. It joins the brand’s expanding line‑up, which recently added the Oura Ring 4 Ceramic in new colours like Cloud, Midnight, Petal, and Tide.
