Rollme has launched new AI glasses that go by the name One Mac. These are not your typical AR glasses with integrated display; instead, they’re ultra-affordable smart glasses that only offer audio interactions. Basically, One Mac is a Bluetooth headset that users can use to access digital assistants. The One Mac AI glasses come with a camera and offers translation function.
Rollme One Mac AI glasses feature an 8MP HD camera
The wearable requires you to pair it with a smartphone, as the headset doesn’t feature its own NPU or AI model. You get an 8MP HD camera with a resolution of 3,280 X 2,464 and offers immersive recordings. The smart glasses offer a millisecond-level response and can capture what’s in sight in just 0.8 seconds, so no moments are missed.
The Rollme One Mac AI glasses are claimed to be powered by large AI models that simplify communication, learning, and discovery. The AI glasses offer real-time translation for face-to-face chats. It supports over 15 languages.
Language translations and electrochromic lenses
Besides the camera and translation function, the smart glasses also offer AI-based object recognition. These can scan your surroundings and deliver real-time answers. You also get hands-free voice control as well. Just say “XiaoTuo XiaTuo” to take notes, check the weather, or even manage tasks instantly. Bluetooth calling is here, and the leg-mounted speaker offers clear music and audio calling, while keeping environmental sounds audible.
The built-in 260mAh battery offers a runtime of up to three days, up to 12 hours under continuous music playback, and 35 minutes of video recording. There’s also an IP67 rating for protection against dust and water ingress. The electrochromic lenses also support voice command or touch control for instant color adjustment. The smart glasses feature soft silicone ear sleeves. These, paired with directional audio tech prevents sound leakage.
