The Garmin Venu 4 scored a near-perfect 4.5/5-star rating when it dropped late last year, effectively leveling up everything that made its predecessor, the Venu 3, such a hit. You get an AMOLED display with 2,000-nit brightness straight out of the box, plus a stainless steel bezel and case. There’s even a built-in flashlight!
Under the hood, the Venu 4 sports a comprehensive suite of health-monitoring sensors, including (but not limited to) ECG, HRV, breathing rate, SpO2, and skin temp. The Venu 4 also boasts a ton of useful fitness-focused software features, such as Health Status, morning and evening activity reports, Body Battery, and more. The Venu 4 is fairly sleek for a fitness watch, but it’s worth mentioning that it is a bit heavier than previous generations, potentially causing discomfort if you wear it for sleep tracking. Other drawbacks with the watch include slower charging speeds and slightly less battery life than the Venu 3 (mostly because of the improved display).
Are these minor issues a deal-breaker?
