Aashika Bhatia was born on 15 December 1999 in Surat, Gujarat, into a Gujarati family. Raised in Surat, she has cited dancing among her hobbies and is an avid dog lover who keeps a pet dog. Her parents are separated; she lives with her mother, Meenu Bhatia. Her father was Rakesh Bhatia and she has a brother named Dev Bhatia.

Career

Aashika entered the entertainment industry as a child actor. Her first on-screen role came at around age nine when she portrayed young Meera in the television serial Meera (2009). That early exposure led to further television parts through her teens, including appearances in Parvarrish – Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi (as Ginni), Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi (as Nikki Dixit), and Ek Shringar- Swabhiman. She has also been featured in two episodes of the crime series Gumraah.
