Deepak Lokandersingh Chahar was born on 7 August 1992 in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. Raised in a family with military ties, his father Lokendra Singh Chahar served in the air force and later devoted himself to supporting Deepak’s cricketing ambitions. Deepak was introduced to formal coaching at a young age when his father took him to the Zila Cricket Academy in Jaipur and enrolled him with coach Navendu Tyagi.
