Syed Khaleel Khursheed Ahmed was born on 5 December 1997 in Tonk, Rajasthan. Raised in a family headed by his father Khursheed Ahmed, Khaleel grew up in Tonk and later pursued higher education at Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University in Udaipur, where he completed a graduate degree.
