Seema Sajdeh Khan was born on 8 March 1977 in Delhi and grew up between Delhi and Mumbai. She is of Punjabi heritage. Her father is Arjun Sajdeh and her mother is Kiran Sajdeh. She has at least two siblings: a brother, Bunty Sajdeh, and a sister, Richa Sajdeh. Bunty is the founder of Cornerstone Sport and Entertainment Private Limited, and their family is connected with that business.

Seema Khan built a career as a fashion designer and stylist, working with high‑profile Indian celebrity clients. Her roster has included well known Bollywood personalities. She operates boutiques under her own name in Mumbai and Dubai and is a co‑founder of the fashion label Bandra 190.
