Grab Google’s smartwatch for kids for $50 off—one of its lowest prices to date
If you’ve been eyeing up Google’s impressive Fitbit Ace LTE smartwatch for your kids, a rare and solid discount has just landed on Amazon.
The device has dropped from its usual $179.95 list price to just $129.95. That’s a $50 saving on the kid-friendly wearable, which is built like a Pixel Watch but with a unique, game-focused software experience.
While this isn’t quite its lowest-ever price (it briefly plunged to $119.95 in early October and hovered around $125 during the summer), it’s still one of the best deals we’ve seen.
Discounts on the Ace LTE aren’t very common. We may see it drop further for Black Friday next month, but there are no guarantees. If you want to secure it now, this is a very solid price.
A saving on the hardware is especially welcome here, as the Ace LTE requires a mandatory ‘Ace Pass’ subscription ($9.99/mo or $119.99/yr) to unlock its core safety, gaming, and LTE features. That saving on the watch effectively covers your first five months of service.

Why we recommend the Fitbit Ace LTE
The Ace LTE isn’t like the old Ace trackers, which were just basic step counters and pared-down Fitbit fitness trackers. This is essentially a kid-proofed Google Pixel Watch, complete with its own version of Wear OS, GPS, and a heart rate sensor.
The entire experience is built around a clever ‘move-to-game’ concept. Kids are encouraged to hit their 60-minute daily activity goal, which in turn unlocks more gaming time in the built-in Arcade. It’s a smart loop that keeps them engaged via a Tamagotchi-like digital pet called an ‘Eejie’.
For parents, the Ace Pass subscription unlocks the crucial safety features, including reliable GPS location tracking and a closed-loop messaging and calling system for up to 20 parent-approved contacts.
With Google recently confirming that new mainline Fitbit hardware isn’t landing until 2026, the Ace LTE is the newest and most advanced wearable in the entire Fitbit portfolio.
The only real downside is the 16-hour battery life, which means it’ll need a charge every night.
