Sheena Bajaj was born on 16 June 1992 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Raised in the same city, she completed her schooling at Cambridge School (Ryan Group) and went on to graduate after attending Jai Hind College and Thakur College of Science & Commerce in Mumbai. Her family includes her father Raja Bajaj, a photographer, and her mother Anju Bajaj, who worked as a dental technician. She has a sister named Riya Bajaj.

Bajaj entered the entertainment industry as a child artist in 2003.
