Yogita Bihani was born on 18 December 1994 in New Delhi, India. She grew up in the city that she still lists as her hometown and completed her schooling at Sumermal Jain Public School. After finishing school she attended the University of Delhi and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

Before moving into entertainment, Bihani worked in roles outside acting. After graduating she joined the Pratham Education Foundation as a sales and marketing coordinator. In 2016 she moved into the private sector as a sales manager with the Mumbai-based software company Trilyo.
